Tierra Ragan

Tierra Ragan is Thrive’s Office Manager and serves as a supportive first point of contact for prospective clients.

Tierra’s goal is to create an organized, responsive, and compassionate experience for clients throughout intake. She also provides paralegal support, assisting with client communication and scheduling, drafting documents, and e-filing. Having been through the divorce process herself, she strives to offer empathy and warmth during one of the most difficult times a family can experience.

New to the legal field, Tierra has previously worked in school administration, education, and organizational leadership. Her passion for supporting families led her from early childhood education to family law.

In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and two dogs. She also enjoys music, painting, reading, solo hiking, and stand-up paddleboarding.
